Really good level of service

Purchased a VW Tiguan allspace a month ago. Left it till now to review incase of any issues . Car has been great . The service and the way they treat customers is a really pleasant experience. Even after I agreed to buy the car they still offered to have a couple of small scuffed work on which I thought was a really nice touch.
First purchase ever from a second hand car dealer and was apprehensive but such a smooth and pleasant experience. And I got a great car as well !!

100% recommend, you can really trust this place. professional and friendly spot on service. We had shock absorbers go on a lovely car we purchased and straight away sorted it with no issues. The service we received just feels hard to find these days and when buying a second hand car it’s the biggest worry not being sure if you can trust who you’re buying from. Just wanted to say thank you too Stuart from Abberton car sales. We purchased a Nissan X Trail however a few days later it ended up with the engine warning light coming on.

Whilst we had warranty on the vehicle, due to the issue we opted to ask for a refund. Which the company accommodated for us without any fuss and the vehicle was picked up with 48hrs with a full refund on the spot.

Whilst the car perhaps wasn’t upto the right standard, I can’t fault the customer service provided by Abberton Car Sales. What could have a been a really stressful experience, Stuart reassured me and kept me informed all the way through.

We travelled to 3 hours to buy a car which was ready for us,when we arrived. Plenty of time to inspect and familiarise with the controls. We had a short wait as only 2 people in the sales area at a time. The process was swift and efficient. The Salesman ensured,we were happy with the various functions before we hit the road home. Purchased a Ford Focus in January 2016 from the Layer Road site, after a few weeks the vehicle developed two faults one with the nsf door lock and a knocking noise from the rear suspension. Phoned them up the vehicle was booked in and all repairs were carried out under warranty with no questions asked.
